Each mug is handmade by Carrie on the potter’s wheel using stoneware clay, slip, and fire to create its distinctive, bark-inspired texture. The nature of the handmade and firing processes ensures that no two mugs are ever exactly alike. Variations in shape, height, texture, and color are to be expected and celebrated as part of each piece’s unique character.
Each mug comfortably holds approximately 16 ounces of liquid, with a little extra room for your favorite additions. The mug itself weighs approximately one pound.
Every mug is food safe, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe. Handwashing is also recommended to help preserve its beauty for years to come.
