Spring Raku Bowl Firing Event

NEW this year...  The Potter's Hour
This hour is for Potters & pottery students only.  
Join us for the red glowing hour of our raku firings on Saturday April 25 and May 2nd starting at 7:00pm.  Bring your handmade bisqued raku piece or pieces, use our studio glazes and learn from Carrie all bout raku as you watch your pieces go through various stages in the kiln, watch as Carrie pulls them out of the kiln glowing red hot and learn a little behind the scenes of what's happening in the reduction chambers.  Each ticket is for a 4" x 4" x 8" spot in the kiln.  Register for as many spots as you'd like.  If your piece exceeds the 4" diameter, please register for another ticket.  Maximum height to fit in the kiln is 8".  No raku experience necessary,  Pieces must be made with an even 1/4" - 1/2" thickness.  Pieces are subject to approval before firing for the safety of other pieces in the kiln.
